Our 2nd Series kicks off in the presence of a supreme entertainer, an unquestionably colourful character (usually pink!) and someone who has enjoyed 35 years in the public eye.
Vanessa cut her teeth on ITV’s This Morning, subsequently becoming known as ‘the British Oprah’. The presenter of BBC Radio 2’s Early Breakfast Show and BBC Radio London’s Breakfast Show between 2003 and 2022, Vanessa has enjoyed an extraordinary ride with the British public.
She has presented and taken part in a raft of TV shows including Strictly Come Dancing, Celebs Go Dating, The Weakest Link, Cosmetic Surgery Live and Value for Money. She is also columnist at the Daily Express, presents a Saturday show on LBC and is the proud holder of three Pointless (BBC 1) trophies.

Stewart Collins is the Literary Director of the Kent House Series having also founded literary festivals in both Stoke-on-Trent and Petworth, West Sussex. A fifteen year career as a singer has been followed by extensive experience as a writer, broadcaster and festival director, the latter most notably as the Artistic Director of the large scale Henley Festival. He has interviewed close on 100 authors ranging from Michael Palin to Andy McNab via Victoria Hislop and Clare Balding.
